Time and Billing Fee Structure
KMK Collections will bill client for any and all time expended in collection of, or attempts to collect the delinquent account. The hourly charges assessed will be those hourly rates that are in place at the time that the collection activity is taking place. These rates will be available to you upon your enquiry at any given time.
In the Time and Billing fee structure, the creditor assumes the risk of collection. It is the creditor client that must “eat” the expenses of all proceedings in the collection effort and any lawsuit if the claim ends up being totally or partially uncollectible. Under a time and billing basis, the creditor must pay KMK billings in full regardless of whether any recovery is achieved.
